Dishwasher tablets have the ideal chemical composition for washing white items: socks, kitchen towels and... sneakers. The product washes, whitens, removes grease, removes unpleasant odors and does not contain aggressive chlorine - what is needed to restore the original appearance of summer shoes.

Heavily soiled items require pre-soaking, so the work will take place in two stages: soaking and washing.
For soaking you will need:
- detergent tablet – 1 pc.;
- warm water – 4 l;
- pelvis
Different sources indicate different numbers of tablets per liter of water. For particularly heavily soiled items, it is recommended to use one tablet per liter of liquid, but for moderate contamination this is wasteful, because To soak sneakers with this calculation, you will need at least three tablets.
Wash white sneakers and socks
1.Wash the sole of the sneakers with a brush and detergent to remove surface dirt.
2. Crush the tablet so that it dissolves faster, pour hot water over it and stir until the product is completely dissolved. Dilute with cool water so that the temperature of the finished solution is no more than 40 degrees.
3. Lower the sneakers into the basin, completely immersing all textile elements (the upper part of the shoe, insoles, laces) in the liquid. You can also put dirty white socks here. If the sneakers float up, press them down with a press.
4. Soak things in the solution for several hours. To save time, it is more convenient to soak your sneakers either in the evening and wash them in the morning, or before leaving for work.
5. Transfer the sneakers and socks from the basin to the washing machine tub. Pour in the detergent usually used for washing. If the soaking water is not very dirty, then pour it into the machine through the washing powder compartment.
6. Start the gentle washing mode at minimum temperature and with a minimum number of spin speeds. It is recommended not to use the drying function.
7. Dry your sneakers and socks.
The sneakers washed perfectly. The socks did not become perfectly white, but given the lack of a hand-washing step, they also look good. In terms of efficiency, washing with economy-class dishwasher tablets is comparable to washing with expensive powder.
