What do we need to work? It is enough to buy a soap base, a useful oil for skin care, a fragrance and cosmetic dye, and a picture on water-soluble paper. You can make a picture yourself, or you can, of course, purchase it at a specialized store. If desired, you can take cosmetic glitter. Well, you’ll also have to think about the form for the soap. There are a lot of inexpensive forms for sale. You can also use improvised materials. Boxes, containers, cardboard or plastic, as your imagination dictates.
So, what does it take to make such an unusual present? And, most importantly, with your own hands! Which is doubly nice.
1. Take a matte soap base (100 g required) and cut into small cubes.
2. Also cut the transparent soap base into cubes. We will need 20 g.The smaller the cubes, the faster the base will melt.
3. We try on our picture according to the shape so that the corners do not bend.
4. Prepare everything that will be useful in the process: containers for melting, spoons to stir the base, thin bamboo sticks can also be used. Flavoring to give a pleasant smell, dye to please the eye, and alcohol to remove bubbles.
5. Melt the transparent base in the microwave oven, add flavoring to it, pour it into the mold and sprinkle alcohol on top. Small bubbles will dissolve.
6. Place our picture on top and sprinkle with glitter. Let it dry well, but not completely cool.
7. At this time, melt the matte base. The main thing is not to let it boil. Just melt. Add apricot kernel oil. It will care for the skin, moisturize and nourish. Add 6-8 drops of flavoring. In this case it is “Tea Tree”. It has an excellent subtle aroma, in addition, it is an excellent antiseptic.
8. Divide the base in half. While the previous layer has not yet cooled down, it is quite hard, but plastic, pour half of the base into a second layer and sprinkle with alcohol.
9. We paint the remaining half with cosmetic dye, 1-2 drops are enough, and pour it on top in the same way as the previous layer. Until it cools down completely. Sprinkle with alcohol and let cool completely.
10. When the mold has already cooled down, this takes hours, take out the soap and enjoy the delicate aroma.
