What is needed to make one hot pad:

Now we knit two columns with an elongated loop into one column of the bottom row of thread for the background. The fourth row of pink thread is different from the rest. We are still doing double crochets, only now they are all worked into the middle stitch of six from the previous row in pink. Between each semicircular group we knit two air loops.
After you finish the row, you can cut off the pink thread, now we will knit only with the black background thread. We tie a row of black thread in a circle, which is under the last row of pink thread. Between each two petals we make angular additions to make the stand square.
