House for the New Year

New Year is a home holiday. And it will be very useful to make a craft with your own hands to decorate the New Year tree. For example, a New Year's toy with a small house will add home comfort. - gouache;

-PVA glue;
- wood putty or self-hardening paste;
- putty knife.
You need to paint the workpiece red with gouache mixed with PVA glue in a 3:1 ratio, where there are 2 parts paint and one part glue. The paint will adhere better to a wooden surface if it is mixed with PVA glue.


Now you should apply wood putty or self-hardening paste to the surface of the toy to create a three-dimensional roof for the house. If you apply it with a spatula through the mesh, you get the shape of a tile.


You can use brown to paint the roof, and draw a square underneath it with yellow. This will be a window.

You need to paint the frame with the same brown color.Next, add black paint to the brown and paint the spaces between the tiles and be sure to add a few black lines on the frame to convey the texture of the wood.

We paint the walls of the house green.

It is advisable to add snow to the roof and window with thick white paint.
