For work you will need materials:

- a piece of brown fabric.

And we always start work with a drawing of the future product. We select the desired size, taking into account the fact that when filled, the product will decrease by 0.5 cm on all sides. First we draw the silhouette of a mug with foam. Then, on one side of the side of the mug we draw the head of a fish, and on the other edge there will be a tail. But it needs to be simplified to the shape of a mug handle. Then you can draw two eyes on one side of the head, like a flounder. Let's draw some more funny mustaches on both sides. And cut out this sketch.
We apply this template to the fabric folded in half. You also need to take into account that the stretchability of the fabric is the same as the width of the toy. It should not stretch up or down. Then we cut it taking into account the seam allowances.
And we sew along the contour, leaving only a segment on the tail for filling. We leave only 0.3 cm of fabric from the stitch line. And then we carefully turn it inside out through the tail and correct all the corners of the product. We take any filler.
And you need to fill the entire toy, pushing it into all corners. The fish should be plump.
Now you need to sew up the filling section with a needle and thread.
We take a pencil and draw all the contours of the planned product. Don't forget about the second side, where we also draw everything.
Now you will need a strong thread, because we are starting to tighten the toy along the contours. Let's start with beer foam. We walk along the wavy line. We insert the needle on one side and try to withdraw it on the other side in the same area. Make small stitches and tighten the thread a little. When the line is stitched, we will make several indentations-points along the foam itself. Then we move on to the stripes of the mug. And then a small detail remains inside the handle. The fish turns out a little flat. And in the upper part of the toy we will make a small loop of thread for hanging to dry.
Now let's move on to acrylic paints. We take white and apply it to the foam with a brush.
When it's dry, we'll need brown paint. But with it we will only apply stripes along the seam lines, painting over the threads and slightly shading the contours of the applied paint on both sides. You also need to paint along the outer contour of the entire toy. Don't forget to do this on both sides. And give it time to dry completely.
When the fish is ready, we begin to draw contours on the head with a gel pen. We outline the eyes and nose, then the mustache. From the back on the head we outline some scales. We move on to the tail and draw characteristic lines on both sides as well.Then we outline the iris of the eyes with white paint and dry it. We also darken the recesses on the foam; perhaps a beige color will be more interesting.
The fish is also beautiful from the back.
Now let's move on to decoration. From brown fabric we cut strips 1 cm wide and the size of the mug at the top and bottom, taking into account a small hem. Using a lighter, we process the edges of the strips, and we have 4 of them.
We need to sew these strips to the mug; we will use 8 medium-sized beads of a suitable color. Take the first strip and make a small fold of the fabric inside out. We fasten the needle and thread and bring it to the front side. And we make stitches along the edges of the strips as when tightening.
We get two strips on both sides. Using a black pen we place the pupils of the fish.
All that remains is to replace the thin thread on the foam with a beautiful cord and attach the beads to the joints of the strips. The fish is ready for beer. Can be used as a souvenir or pendant.
