A simple installation for producing gas from gasoline for burning a burner

Gasoline is a highly flammable liquid due to the fact that it is obtained from petroleum fractions with a low boiling point. Not only does gasoline itself burn well, but its vapors also ignite very well, so leaving containers with it open is strictly prohibited.

In the article you will see, for informational purposes only, how to make an installation that will produce gas, with which you can power the burner and ensure long-lasting and stable combustion.

Will need

  • Two plastic bottles of 1.5-2 liters in volume.
  • Silicone hose, resistant to petroleum products.
  • Air pump (pump) 12 V.
  • Battery 12 V.

Reagents: gasoline and water.

Manufacturing of a gas production plant

You need to make a couple of holes in the lids. This can be done with ordinary scissors.

The holes must be the same size as the hose that will pass through them.

We insert the tubes. One goes into the lid 2-3 centimeters.

And the other is the length of the existing bottle.

We glue the tubes in the lids well with hot glue on both sides.

The first bottle will contain gasoline. The long tube that lies at the bottom is the air inlet, the small one is the outlet and it is connected to a bottle of water, to the hose that lies at the bottom. And the small hose of their water bottle is the outlet of the burner.

The main “reactor” is ready.

Fill the first bottle with gasoline up to half, and into the other bottle with water, also up to half.

We connect the air pump to the long tube that lies in the gasoline.

We connect a gas burner to the short end that comes out of the water bottle.

Tests

Connect the battery to the pump. The pump begins to pump air from the atmosphere. Passing through gasoline, it is saturated with its vapors. Then it passes through a bottle of water; this is the so-called water seal, which prevents large drops of gasoline from entering. And the vessel itself stabilizes the passage of air with vapors, thereby achieving combustion stability, without any jerks.

We light the gas from the burner.

As you can see, it burns successfully. Like real gas.

We notice the initial amount of gasoline.

We put water on the stove and try to boil it.

Everything boiled in ten minutes.

The flame burned for about 40 minutes in total and this is how much the level decreased.

Of course, all gasoline cannot be used, since this method removes the most volatile fractions from the fuel, and the heavier ones will still remain at the bottom of the bottle.

This is the principle of operation of a conventional carburetor in an internal combustion engine.

Friends, do not repeat this experience. As the author warned, the article is for informational purposes and nothing more. Think with your own head. All responsibility for your actions is not YOU! and no one else!
In other words: if you are a moron with a box of matches and burn down the whole house, then you don’t need to blame the makers of the matches!!!

Is there a strong smell of gasoline when burning? If you cook food it won't smell like it?

The smell will come from a bottle of gasoline. It’s better to buy a gas burner or a can. And if you want to save on cans, then look on YouTube for refilling cans.

    Hello author of the article!

    I didn’t fully understand - What's the point of a water bottle?

I’m not the author, but I can give you a hint: A bottle of water acts as a water seal and prevents finely dispersed fuel from getting into the exhaust gas.

Over-enrichment is severe. there will be a lot of soot, the flame should be blue, you need to reduce the jet
