Cookies for loved ones

The most pleasant, warm and exciting moments are the minutes spent with loved ones. And what could be better than a cup of hot, excitingly aromatic coffee in the morning with cream and homemade cookies with your family. We present to you an original recipe for delicious chocolate cookies, which will be ideal both for breakfast and as a small gift. In the latter case, it can be packed in a cardboard or paper box of your own making. Well, let's do a little magic?

We will need:
- one package of delicious margarine for baking;
- one largest ideally shaped egg;
- dark chocolate – 50 grams;
- a handful of nuts, almonds or hazelnuts (we took a little of both);
- a spoon of instant coffee;
- approximately 300 grams of flour, maybe a little more;
- about 15 grams of sugar;
- cream injector;
- baking paper;
- baking sheet.

Armed with everything we need, we head to the kitchen to create.

First, warm the margarine a little at room temperature until it softens. Mix margarine and sugar using a mixer.



Then add the egg and beat for about 5 more minutes.Now let’s leave our semi-finished product and move on to the auxiliary components, namely chocolate, coffee and nuts. Grind the nuts together with coffee to flour in a coffee grinder and pour everything into the dough.



Melt the chocolate until liquid, pour into the dough and beat with a mixer.



After the dough becomes airy, gradually begin to add flour. Mix the dough with other attachments on the mixer.




After the dough begins to stick, we complete the mixing process and fill the syringe with the dough. The nozzle can be any, as desired. Squeeze any shaped cookies onto the sheet.



The final stage will be sending our culinary creation to the oven. Set the temperature to 200 C and wait no more than 20 minutes. Voila, the cookies are ready. You are welcome for a cup of coffee.
