In order to bake a pie with tangerines we will need:
- wheat flour – 300 g;
- baking powder – 1 sachet;
- chicken eggs – 3 pcs.;
- milk – 50 ml;
- vegetable oil – 150 g;
- sugar – 150 g;
- vanillin – 2 tsp;
- tangerines – 0.5 kg.
Making tangerine cake
1. Sift the flour through a sieve, this will avoid lumps and unnecessary debris. Add baking powder to it. Mix.
2. Beat the eggs, add milk and vegetable oil to them. Beat with a mixer at medium speed for about 2 minutes. Add sugar, vanillin and continue beating until sugar dissolves.
3. Pour flour into the liquid mixture and mix thoroughly. The dough should not be very thick.
4. Peel the tangerines and cut them in half, across the slices.
5. Cover a baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat, sprinkle it with a little sugar and lay out the tangerines, cut side down.When baked, the sugar and tangerine juice caramelize and you get a very unusual taste and aroma.
6. Fill the tangerines with dough, level and bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
7. Turn the finished pie over, let it cool a little, cut and serve!
