To manually solder even a small electronic board into components it will take at least 20 - 30 minutes. Now you will see how to speed up this process several times with the help of a small device that everyone can make for themselves. Using this hot solder bath, you can not only disassemble boards, but also quickly tin the contacts of parts in large quantities before assembly.

Manufacturing of equipment for tinning and desoldering
This heating element can be purchased or removed from an old multicooker.
Inside, such an element consists of three mica plates, on the middle of which a nichrome wire is wound.
There is no need to disassemble it as shown in the photo. Just make sure that the permissible network voltage of 220-240 V is written on its body.
Take a tin can and cut it lengthwise with metal scissors.
From the resulting strip, bend the contour according to the size of the heating element.
We make square cuts on the sides and fold them over.
Install the heater and bend the sides.
It turned out to be a small bath.
Next, we cut out a small rectangle from a thick board.
We drill holes in it for the output of the element.
On the reverse side we connect them through a switch to a wire with a power plug.
Insulate with tape from below.
We screw the bathtub on top with self-tapping screws.
Turn it on and start filling it with solder.
We remove the scale from above with a screwdriver.
Now you can immerse the board into the bath with the bottom contacts, holding it with some pliers, and quickly pull out the parts with the other.
A couple of minutes and you're done!
