Materials:

Machine manufacturing process
To make an adjustable machine bed, you need to prepare 2 corner pieces 160 mm long. In them, on one of the sides it is necessary to drill a hole 25 mm from each edge. Hole diameter 15 mm. For one of the corners, the same holes are made on the second side, for the other, one hole is drilled in the center of the remaining side.
Then pipe sections 20 mm long are welded onto the outer holes of one of the outer sides of each corner.
Shafts turned on a lathe are welded onto the remaining outer holes of one corner for installation of bearings.
The parts are then connected by rod pins inserted into the tubes. At the angle with the shafts, pins are welded under the bearings. Then bearings are installed on them.
A bearing with a shaft is installed on the second sliding angle on the remaining central hole. It uses a shaft with a cap. Moreover, the head should be located on the bearing side. The shaft is welded to the corner from the end.
Next you need to make a mechanism for rotating a separate bearing. To do this, a square with a rod handle on the edge is welded to its outer frame. You need to install a piece of pipe on the handle and weld a top onto its edge so that it does not fly off. The same stops are welded onto the sliding pins of the corners so that they do not come apart.
To use the machine, you need to place a strip between its bearings. Then the machine is clamped in a vice by the corners. They need to be tightened so that the sliding part with one bearing presses the strip. Then, when the handle is rotated, the strip will roll and bend into an arc. If you weld the ends of the formed arc together and roll it on the machine several more times, you will get a perfectly round ring. The arcs can also be connected with rivets.
Without a large vice, when making a machine, you need to use pins instead of sliding rods. Then you can compress the strip by tightening the nuts.
