Cleaning head manufacturing process
For the nozzle, you need to prepare a blank from a fluoroplastic rod or a shovel handle. A workpiece 50 mm long is sufficient. The cylinder must be drilled from the end in the center. A through hole is made with a 6-7 mm drill.
A threaded rod is then inserted into the hole.
Nuts are screwed onto it on both sides. They press the cylinder through the washers. The stud is cut behind the workpiece so that there is a shank of sufficient length to be clamped in the screwdriver chuck.
Next you need to make teeth to remove the scales. For this purpose, a U-shaped suspension is used for installing drywall.
One half of the perforated suspension is cut into 4 parts by cutting lengthwise and crosswise. After cutting, the teeth of the workpieces are bent at right angles. After this, the knives are symmetrically screwed to the cylinder with self-tapping screws. To do this, you need to make markings and drill holes for screws.
How to use the nozzle?
After fishing, you need to cut off the fins of the fish. In predatory fish they are sharp, so if you clean with them, you can get hurt. It is very convenient to cut them with scissors.
Then the scales are removed against its growth by moving the attachment rotating in a screwdriver from the tail to the head. Protruding teeth tear off the scales in one pass. This allows you to process the side of a large fish in literally 20-30 seconds.
This cleaning method is very quick and easy. The only thing is that the scales from under the nozzle scatter in all directions. Therefore, the method is better suited for working near a reservoir, since it eliminates the need for cleaning. The attachment can be used to clean any fairly large fish. It is better not to process small change in the palm with its help, since the risk of the teeth catching your fingers increases.
