You won't throw away the tin can when you find out how useful it is when repairing your car.

This homemade product is simply a godsend for those who like to repair their car themselves. For example, you unscrew some component in the engine, and place the bolts and nuts either under the hood recesses or on an adjacent surface. None of this is serious. The fasteners may simply fly apart and fall under the engine, or worse, on the protection under the engine, where it will be extremely difficult to get it out. All these problems are solved by a magnetic plate, which can be made from a flat tin can.

Will need

  • Neodymium magnets -
  • Self-adhesive carpet.
  • Super glue.
  • Aerosol paint.
  • Sandpaper.

The idea is good, but I will share my experience. When I worked repairing complex equipment, my boss taught us to put all the screws and bolts in their places. Takes a little time. But nothing will be lost. And you don’t have to look for which bolt comes from where. This useful habit still helps me out.
