Components:
- 1 fresh frozen mackerel;
- 0.5 lemon;
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce;
- 1 tsp oregano;
- red pepper, salt.
Cooking instructions:
Thaw the fish in advance. Cut off the head and tail of the mackerel, carefully remove the thin film. Cut the belly of the carcass and remove the entrails. Divide the mackerel into two parts, remove the backbone and all bones using kitchen tweezers. Rinse two fish fillets and pat dry with napkins.
Place the fillet in a deep container, pour in lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, sprinkle with salt, oregano and ground red pepper. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes. During this period, the fillet can be turned over once.
Heat the electric grill or grill pan well; no need to grease it with oil.Place the mackerel fillet on a hot surface. Fry the fillet on an electric grill for 5 minutes, on a grill pan for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve the fried fillet with lemon wedges.
