This is truly the simplest flasher, which gives a simply stunning lighting effect in total. Take and use any quantity LEDs and they will all flash differently. On the eve of the holiday, you can decorate anything with such a lighting installation.
Will need
Details per segment:
- Super bright Light-emitting diode -
- Resistor 10 kOhm.
- Capacitor 100 µF.
- Transistor BC547 -
Scheme
As you can clearly see, there are 4 identical cells in the circuit. They differ from each other only in the color of the glow LED, and everything is identical.
You can use any number of cells from one to infinity.
The transistor is turned on in reverse order, and the base hangs in the air - this is not an error, but the concept of how the circuit works. The transistor plays the role of a threshold guard. A charge goes through the resistor to the capacitor, and as soon as the threshold is reached, the transistor opens and all the voltage flows to Light-emitting diode. As soon as the capacitor is discharged by the LED, the transistor will close again. This sequence will be repeated ad infinitum.
Making a flasher
The entire circuit can be completed without a board by surface mounting.
Let's take it LEDs.
We solder each anode to the collector of the transistor.
We form the capacitor terminal.
Solder to the emitter with a plus.
We take resistors.
Solder to the connection between the transistor and the capacitor.
One light cell is ready.
Make for yourself any amount you need.
We take 2 thick conductors as a power bus and solder the cells to them one by one.
All that remains is to supply power from 6-15 Volts and you will see a wonderful blinking illusion.
