Products for cooking:
- - Chicken, chilled 1500 gr.
- - Poultry spices, paprika, salt.
- - Butter 30 gr.
Cooking chicken:
1. Rinse the chicken and dry it. Cut along the breastbone and open.
2. Remove excess fat, coat with poultry spices, paprika and salt.
3. Make cuts in the meat in the breast area and insert pieces of butter.
4. Place the bird in a baking sleeve. Tie the ends. Transfer to a baking sheet.
5. Make a couple of punctures in the sleeve with a fork. Bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve with any side dish or fresh vegetable salad. Bon appetit!
