Step-by-step process for making potato curls
Boil the potatoes, peel them, mash them with a potato masher.
Break the egg in a separate bowl and mix until the yolk and white are homogeneous.
Add to mashed potatoes: starch, cheese powder, milk, pepper, salt.
Next, pour in the mixed egg and mix everything until smooth.
Place the resulting mass in a pastry bag or plastic bag.
We cut off the spout so that the output is sausages with a diameter of about 1.5 cm.
Heat a frying pan, pour half a centimeter of oil. Using a bag, squeeze the mixture into the pan in the form of curls.
Fry on one side, then turn over.
The curls hold their shape perfectly and do not fall apart. Take them out when they are ready.
