Stand manufacturing process
You need to cut the base of the stand from thick sheet steel. 4 holes are drilled and countersunk in it for attaching it to the desktop.
A threaded rod is cut to fit the width of the sole. Nuts are screwed onto it. They are then welded to the edge of the sole.
A corner with a hole in the edge is bent from the strip. It needs to be screwed to the grinder through the standard hole for attaching the removable handle.
Next, you will need to weld the second edge of the corner to the stud so that the disc of the grinder passes along the side of the sole and is positioned strictly parallel to it.
A strip stop is welded to the sole, along which it will be possible to level the workpieces perpendicular to the cutting disc. Then the machine is installed on the corner of the table and screwed with self-tapping screws.
Before using it, the handle is turned from below on the grinder. That's it, the miter saw is ready for use.
