    How about reducing the current by re-soldering the current-setting resistor? All cross-eyed light bulbs with overcurrent and temperature LEDs work. From my experience, I recommend taking new 20-watt light bulbs, unsoldering the current-setting SMD resistors, replacing them with a trimming resistor of 20,50,100 ohms, reducing the current by 30%, drilling holes in the diffuser and body and enjoying “eternity.”
