To store self-tapping screws, small screwdrivers, drill bits and drill bits, you need a box with many compartments. If you have unnecessary scraps of plastic sewer pipes, you can do it yourself. A homemade box will be much more convenient than a purchased one, because each cell in it can be made to the size required for the small items you have.
Materials:
- PVC sewer pipe 110 mm;

Multi-tier box manufacturing process
To make a box you need sheet plastic. It can be obtained by unraveling PVC sewer pipes lengthwise and leveling them. To do this, they are cut into small pieces. Each of them is sawn lengthwise and heated over a gas stove or under a hairdryer.
The hot soft plastic is then straightened and pressed between two planes until it hardens. It is very convenient to lay ceramic tiles on it, as it cools it quickly.
To make the bottom of the first drawer tray, a 10x18 cm plate is cut from a leveled PVC sheet.Its edges need to be leveled by sanding with sandpaper laid on the countertop.
From another prepared sheet you need to cut out the side walls of the tray and the partitions for it. The height of the sides should be 3.4 cm.
Then the walls are glued to the bottom, and the partitions are glued into the tray. They will divide it into cells and provide additional rigidity.
2 more trays are made in the same way. Then all three are placed on top of each other and tightened with rubber bands. Now they need to be drilled from the sides according to the proposed scheme.
To connect the trays to hinges, you need to cut out 2 long and 4 short levers from a sheet of plastic and sand them. They are drilled to fit into the holes previously made in the trays. On the arms you will need to make a countersink for the screw heads.
The levers are installed on the trays using screws. Nuts are attached to the message from inside the box. To prevent them from unwinding, you need to drip superglue onto the threads. Now the trays can be pulled apart, allowing access to the lower two.
To make the top tray cover, you need to disassemble the watch strap and remove 3 pairs of links. The lid itself needs to be cut out of plastic. Cuts are made under the links in the lid, into which they are glued.
To increase the strength of fixation of the links, additional pads are glued. The lid is then glued onto the top tray.
To open it, a small plastic handle is glued to the top. Next, you need to glue a 6.8x18 cm plate to the side wall of the middle tray. It will work as a support that prevents the box from tipping over when opening.
Finally, to make opening the drawer easier, you can glue a small strip step to the front of the bottom tray. This will allow you to hold it when moving the upper tiers.
