Before starting work, turn off the water and press the flush button. Then use a wrench to unscrew the flexible hose.
You need to completely remove the filler fitting and wash it outside under the tap.
Next, we disassemble the inlet valve on the filler fitting.
Water does not collect because the narrow holes in it are clogged with sediment. We need to break through them. The rubber membrane in it should be cleaned with a toothbrush so that it can fit tightly to the sleeve. It is important to wash everything perfectly. Otherwise, water will accumulate, but will not be able to shut off hermetically. Then we put the filler fittings back together.
To prevent the problem from recurring for as long as possible, it is also necessary to wash the inside of the tank to remove deposits. To do this, you need to remove the drain fittings.
The drain fittings are also washed. In it, special attention should be paid to the sealing rubber with which it is pressed against the tank.
After that, we put everything back together and open the water.
