You can not only buy a good tool or device, but also make it yourself. We offer a selection of methods for manufacturing such devices. It only includes workable ideas that are easy to repeat.
1. Scraper with replaceable blades
To make a scraper you will need a small door hinge and a corner. A blank equal in length to the loop is sawn off from the corner.
The corner needs to be drilled through the two holes of the hinge in order to later tighten them with bolts. You will also need to drill the second shelf of the corner in the center.

The door hinge and corner are held together with two bolts and wing nuts. A large bolt with a sawn head is inserted into the central hole. A wooden handle is screwed onto it.
Now you can clamp the replacement blade for the mounting knife between the hinge flaps. Thus, we get an excellent, convenient scraper.
2. Pencil file
We take a regular pencil and wrap sandpaper on it. As a result, we get a file that can be used for fine grinding.It is convenient to clamp it into the drill chuck, which makes the tool very productive.
3. Device for stripping cable insulation
To make such a device, you will need a block in which a gutter is made. We select it across the block with a file.
A safety razor blade is screwed onto the gutter with two self-tapping screws. Now, by pulling the wire under it, we can cut off the insulation from it. By making several of these gutters of different depths, we can strip wires of any cross-section.
4. Screwdriver holder
Cuttings of PP pipes must be cut into rings 10-20 mm wide.
Then they are sawn lengthwise. The edges of the rings are heated and bent to form a bracket.
Then we drill the brackets and screw them onto the rail. The latter is mounted on the wall. Now the screwdrivers can be stored on the holder.
5. Simple scraper
You can also make a scraper from a trapezoidal blade for a mounting knife. To do this, take a piece of plastic tube corresponding to its length. The tube is heated until softened and cut lengthwise.
A blade is placed into the soft blank and the tube is then compressed until it cools.
As a result, we get a scraper with a comfortable handle. All that remains is to trim off the excess plastic on the sides.
