The process of making a cabinet from PVC pipe for a bathroom
We measure a piece 50 cm long from the edge of the pipe and cut it with a hacksaw.
We draw a longitudinal line along the outer surface of the pipe, parallel to the axis of the pipe.From this line in both directions along the surface of the pipe, using a flexible measuring tape, set aside 13 cm and draw two lines parallel to the original line.
We set aside 18 mm from one end of the pipe, and 36 mm from the other end and, using a flexible measuring tape, draw two closed annular circles. Using a grinder, we make a cut along one of the side lines within the annular circles.

We install three furniture card hinges along the slot at an equal distance and screw them with screws on both sides of the slot. We repeat the same with the second side line.
We make transverse cuts along annular circles within the lateral longitudinal lines, as well as along the central longitudinal line. We remove any cuts with a hacksaw blade. The result is two swinging doors thanks to card furniture hinges.
On the surface of a solid wood, taking the end of the pipe as a template, draw three circles along the inner surface and cut them out using a hand router. We install one circle transversely in the center of the pipe, drill holes in its wall opposite the circle and secure it in the pipe, driving at least three nails into the holes from the outside.
We do the same with the two remaining circles, having previously installed them at the ends of the pipe. Possible gaps between the inner wall of the pipe and the end circles are filled with putty.
We remove the doors by unscrewing the screws from the card hinges and sand the surface of the cabinet body and door using a sanding sponge. After that, we paint the doors and body of the cabinet in different colors with spray paint.
After the paint has dried, we install the doors in place, screw the handles to them and secure the cabinet in the corner of the bathtub in some way. You can store various hair care products, body care products, etc. in the cabinets.
