In everyday life, every person has at hand a huge amount of material from which something interesting and special can be made, but not everyone notices this and shows imagination. Plastic bottles - what is not a material? I suggest making a very beautiful first aid kit from them.
To create a masterpiece, we will need six plastic bottles, knitting threads or leftover yarn, a crochet hook (I used No. 2), a hole punch and funny pictures. Why this last detail is needed will become clearer a little later.
So, let's begin. Let's take plastic bottles and use a sharp knife or scissors to cut out the central, flat part. This is exactly what we need.

Next, using the knife handle, smooth the edges of the workpiece, making it flat.

Align the edges of the workpiece with scissors. It is necessary to cut out the central part of all bottles. Plastic blanks should be washed, the label and traces of glue should be removed.
The next step is to work with a hole punch. It is necessary to make holes around the perimeter of each workpiece, retreating from the edge about 5 millimeters. These holes are necessary for decorating the workpieces and connecting them.

This is how all workpieces need to be processed.
Next we begin to decorate the details.Using a crochet hook and thread, we tie all the pieces with a single crochet.

We tie the blanks intended for the front walls and lid so as to form a “pocket”.

We will put our funny pictures in it, thus making the first aid kit more interesting. After placing the picture in the pocket, you can leave it open, or you can sew it up, but then you cannot change the images.
After completing this stage, we need to connect all the parts of the body together; they can be either sewn using a simple air seam or knitted.

Next, we begin to work on the lid. I'll make it flat, but you can get a little creative and give it any other shape.
We tie the lid to the body.

To close the first aid kit, you can come up with some kind of lock.

The first aid kit is ready!

If desired, the volume of the first aid kit can be increased by adding the number of plates, and partitions can also be added. Walls can be decorated not only with pictures. They can be painted with paints or gouache.
The process of creating such a first aid kit will not take more than one day, and you will use the product for a long time and with great pleasure. It's beautiful, original and interesting!

Reminded me of my childhood, I made similar boxes from postcards (I sewed them together two at a time). Still stored, even though 30 years have passed)

I saw the idea and immediately regretted the large number of bottles I threw away. I decided to improve and build a couple of boxes in a similar manner.
