Let's start making crafts:
1. Prepare twisted newspaper tubes in advance. For the pots you will need eighty newspaper tubes.
2. Weave the bottom. To do this, take eight tubes and smooth them out with a rolling pin in advance, this will make it easier to weave. We arrange the tubes as shown in the figure.

We connect two tubes together and begin to weave with a “Pigtail”, first braiding two tubes, weaving a couple of rows like this, then we separate the tubes and braid one tube at a time.

We weave until the bottom takes the shape of a pot, then we tuck the ends and cut them off.

3. Let's start weaving the base. He lifts the tubes, bending one under the other.

We place the pot with the flower on the bottom and weave the walls with simple weaving.

It is advisable to coat the joints of the tubes with PVA glue. We weave the rows tightly and neatly, trying to transfer the shape of the pot to the shape of the flowerpot.

We weave almost to the end of the pot and finish the product. We tuck the leading tubes into rows, cut off the ends, and coat the rest with glue.

4. Let's start painting the product. It is better to paint outside, because the stain has an unpleasant smell. Paint in two layers and leave to dry for a couple of hours. It is advisable to use a thick brush to paint the product, as it is more convenient for it to paint all remote areas of the craft. To completely get rid of the smell, the product should dry for about two days in the open air.
5. Decorate the pots. To do this, you need to prepare artificial pink flowers in advance. We insert them into the hole between the tubes around the product at the same distance from each other, fasten it with glue and leave it to dry.
