When installing a light fence or tensioning a mesh, the posts do not have to be dug in or concreted, but driven in. It's faster and easier, but still difficult. If you have to drive in a couple of dozen pillars, then it is worth welding a simple device for this, with which this can be done more easily.

Materials:

  • steel pipe of larger diameter than the pillars;
  • Sheet steel;
  • reinforcement 10 mm or thicker.

The tool is a meter-long piece of pipe with a slightly larger diameter than the thickness of the posts being driven in. On one side, the pipe must be plugged by welding a sheet steel insert. Then 2 handles from fittings are welded to the pipe. Since they are thin, for the comfort of your hands they should be wrapped with fabric ribbons.
The tool is put on the head of the column, then it is placed at the installation site.
