Manufacturing process of a 2 in 1 machine
From the edge of a section of a 20x20 mm profile pipe 30-50 cm long, you need to make 2 spikes of 30 mm each, and move them apart.
A hole is drilled in front of them so that it can be screwed to the hub, resting the spikes against it.
Next, you need to weld the stud to the head of the bolt holding the tube, and the bolt to the hub axis. They are fitted with 2 bearings. If the inner race is large, then bushings are placed. The bearings are pressed on top with nuts through washers.
The result is bending rollers.
The pipe needs to be drilled from the side closer to the edge opposite to the hub. A nut is welded to the hole. Then a 15x15 mm pipe is inserted into it and tightened with a bolt.
An elongated M10-M14 nut is welded to the end of the thin pipe. A pin with a transverse hole at the top edge is screwed into it. To drill it, you will need to sharpen it using sandpaper. The hairpin must be equipped with a knob.
The hub is screwed to the corner of the workbench. By pulling out its rod, you can bring the pin to the desired part of the tabletop and unscrew it, pressing the workpieces.
Also, by placing rolled steel between the rollers, it can be bent. The strength of the machine is sufficient to work with strip, thin reinforcement and square.
