Good acoustic speakers are expensive. It is not profitable to order them from China due to expensive delivery, since they are quite large. To save money, you can buy components for them on Aliexpress and make the case yourself.

Speaker assembly process
Assembly should begin by making two MDF cases. This can be done only after purchasing all the filling, so that they do not turn out too large or small for the speakers. Blanks for housings must be cut with exact observance of a right angle.
The parts are glued together first without the front and back walls.
In the front panels, you need to cut 2 holes for the speakers and mill out the seats around their circumference.In the rear walls, 2 holes are made for the bass reflex and input panel.
Then the cases are finally glued together.
After the glue has set, they are sanded and puttied. You can paint them with auto enamel or good acrylic paint.
Holes are drilled in the housings for installing speakers and other components. Wires are soldered to each crossover and it is screwed to the bottom of the case. You can insert it through the hole for a large speaker. The wires going to the crossover are soldered to the input panel.
The input panel is screwed in first. The bass reflex is immediately glued into the back. The wires from the crossover are soldered onto the speakers, after which they are unrolled and also screwed into the housing.
Finally, all that remains is to glue the legs onto the speakers, and they can be connected.
As a result, we get acoustics equal in quality to branded ones, but much cheaper and made to your taste, strictly for yourself.
