The manufacturing process of a power bank with solar panels
The first step is to make a housing for the battery, which can also accommodate 2 modules. At the same time, solar panels should be placed on its sides. It wouldn’t hurt to have an eyelet for a carabiner to attach the device to a backpack. Such a case can be glued together from sheet plastic, or printed on a 3D printer.
Next, contacts for the battery are made from copper foil. Wires are soldered to them. The contacts are glued into the housing.
After this, we solder the modules and battery according to the proposed scheme.
The components are then fixed into the housing with hot-melt adhesive.
Next you need to connect the panels to the boost module. To do this, it is optimal to use the following scheme. The soldered panels are then glued to the body with hot glue.
Thus, we get a small-capacity power bank that can be recharged from sunlight. This is an excellent solution for a hiking trip. We attach the device to the backpack, and it accumulates energy. When needed, you can charge your phone or camera from it. Naturally, it can also be charged from the network, like a regular power bank.
