Handmade things bring more pleasure than purchased ones. This is why the topic of life hacks is so popular. This collection contains 9 cool ideas for those who love to craft.

1. Wall-mounted opener with magnetic cap catcher

To make an opener, you need to cut out a base of an arbitrary size from a piece of laminate, preferably no less than 25x25 cm.

On its back, closer to the edge, a large magnet from the speaker is glued to hot glue.

At the other end of the base, half of the mounting clamp for the pipe without a rubber gasket is screwed on the front side.

Next, the device is mounted on the wall. Now, by clinging to the clamp bracket, you can open beer bottles, and the caps will be attracted by a magnet. They won't be able to fall and roll away.

2. Bolt with hot melt adhesive handle

To make a handle on a bolt to rotate it without a wrench, you need to put a washer on it. It is clamped in a vice so that the head and washer are above the jaws. A tube ring is installed on the washer.

Hot melt adhesive is poured into the resulting formwork. After it hardens, the tube and washer are removed.A comfortable handle will remain on the head of the bolt.

3. Wing nut from pipe

4. Quickly clean the soldering iron tip

A dirty soldering iron tip can be cleaned to a shine in just a minute. It is enough to clamp it into the chuck of a drill or screwdriver. Then turn on the rotation and clean the tip with emery cloth.

5. Clothes dryer on the heating radiator

To make a dryer, you will need to install bolts in two clips for PP pipes, and attach a washer and nut to them.

They are then inserted between the radiator fins and tightened. Next, we clamp the crossbar from the pipe with clips. That's it, the dryer is ready.

6. Hanging container for a table or cabinet

You need to take a corner and screw it to a small wooden block. A container is attached to it on the opposite side. It is important that the distance between the block and the container is no less than the thickness of the drawer front.

Then the container is fixed on the drawer, and it is closed. This stand is convenient for sweeping various small items off the table.

7. Pulling the cable through the pipe

To pull a cable through a pipe, first tie the cord to the nut and pull it through, pulling it with a magnet. Then you can put a cable, cable, etc. behind the rope.

8. Lock for drawers and chests

Two nuts are welded onto a small plate, screwed onto a section of a stud.To the latter you need to weld a piece of thread, onto the edge of which a wing nut is screwed.

The counter part of the lock is a plate with a cutout. These halves are screwed onto adjacent surfaces with self-tapping screws. Now, by tightening the nut, you can tighten the lock, excluding unauthorized opening.

9. Repair axle for clipper

If you have broken nail clippers with a missing support axis, you can make one. To do this, take a part from a blind rivet.

The rod is removed from it and a notched cut is made. The clipper can work quite well on such a homemade part.

10. How to connect a galvanized profile

To connect the profile securely, you need to insert trim from another profile of a smaller size.

Next, drill holes on the back side and secure with rivets.

11. Using a door hinge instead of a compass

You can use a loop to draw circles. To do this, screw a self-tapping screw into one of the holes.

The marker is placed in the desired hole and a circle is drawn.

12. How to clamp a thin drill bit into the chuck of a drill or drilling machine

Let's take a lollipop stick and cut it. Next, insert a drill into the scrap and clamp it in the chuck.

Bonus: 13. Device for tinning

The machine for welding PP pipes can easily be used as a bath for tinning wires.

To do this, securely fasten the soldering iron and set the desired melting temperature of the solder. Place the solder in the bath and wait for it to melt.

After this, you can easily tin a large number of wires.
