Vegetables pickled in this way always turn out well, including cucumbers and tomatoes, and the brine itself is perfect for drinking.

To preserve a liter jar you will need:
• Small cucumbers – 180-200 gr.
• Ripe tomatoes 180-200 gr.
• Umbrella of dill.
• Onions – 1 pc.
• Carrots -1/2 pcs.
• Hot pepper – 1/2 pod.
• Bell pepper -1/4 pcs.
• Garlic – 2 cloves.
To prepare the marinade:
• Salt – 35-40 gr.
• Sugar 25-30 gr.
• Water – 400-420 gr.
• Acetic acid 1 tsp.

Preparing the vegetables. Wash the cucumbers and cut off the ends, and also wash the tomatoes. Clean the peppers, garlic and onions.

We place spices on the bottom of the prepared jar, then we place the cucumbers vertically, and then the tomatoes on them.

After this, you should prepare the marinade. Pour salt and granulated sugar into an aluminum or metal pan and add water. We put all this on fire.As soon as the marinade boils, you can pour the cucumbers. This must be done carefully so that the jar does not burst. After this, the jar must be covered with a metal lid and sterilized for 7-8 minutes. After the specified time has passed, remove the jar and pour 1 tsp into it. vinegar essence and roll up.
