Ribbons are an excellent material for creativity. With this affordable tool you can create an endless number of colors. I would like to introduce you to how to make voluminous flowers from a blue and white combination. These flowers go well with a school uniform, and can also be used to decorate a jacket or dress.
For creativity you will need several tools and tape:
1. Prepare two pieces of wide ribbon (5 cm) of dark blue and white flowers.
2. You will also need a burner; children usually use this tool to burn drawings onto wood.
3. Be sure to purchase glue. I know only two suitable ones - “Moment Crystal” and hot glue, i.e. gun with rods.
4. You will need a base to which you will attach the flower. Prepare elastic bands or a brooch at your discretion.
5. You also need a beautiful center made of rhinestones; you can also glue in a button or bead.
When everything is prepared, you can start creating. Let's start with the simplest thing - cut the tape into squares.
Now we fold the workpiece into a triangle
We bend the right edge of the blue triangle to the base.
Now we bend the second side of the triangle so that we get a rhombus
Carefully bend the work outward and immediately fix it to the glass with a ruler and draw a line with a hot burner along the very edge of the bottom. This is what should happen.
Turn the work over and pour a drop of glue into the pocket of the petal.
Immediately press and turn the petal out. Create 8+5 blue petals and 6 white ones.
Now apply a couple of drops of glue to the back of the petal.
We fix the petal on a pre-cut circle, its diameter is about 4 cm.
Glue the first 8 blue petals tightly. Having retreated 3 mm inward, we create a second row of white petals. The central third row consists of 5 dark blue petals.
We decorate the middle with contrasting rhinestones, white ones look great, blue ones are also suitable.
Turn the work over and stick on a brooch or hair tie. You can also sew these flowers onto any clothing, the main thing is to maintain color harmony.
