This is the simple but very useful fan we will make.

I took 4 120 mm coolers. I had two and bought two.

I glued the whole thing together in about 10 minutes with super glue.

Powered by charging a cell phone, i.e. from 5 volts.

Lovely! The wonderful breeze immediately made me happy. I tried to connect it to 12 volts - and thought that it was too much - the wind was like a regular fan at maximum power, i.e. quite strong. I decided to stay on 5 volts.

This design has a number of advantages compared to a conventional fan. The main thing is that it is small in size, put it in a bag and take it wherever you want.
I put it in the window, you want it to blow out, you want it to blow in.
Actually, I made it from the very beginning for the window.

Good luck !

You can make a stand from below so that you can spin 360 degrees, and make 2 coolers on the left side spin in one direction, and the others on the right side in the other... And so it turns out that the homemade fan will spin 360 degrees and cool the entire room. good

How to ask? Twist all the wires together (minuses with minuses, pluses with pluses) and charge from a mobile phone?

yes, plus to plus, minus to minus, and it all adds up :)

but keep in mind that in humid and dusty rooms such fans will not be able to work for a long time, also if they work constantly, the lubricant will be wiped off and will squeak and squeal, or it will even jam or jam after turning off and will not start again

I dug up an old cooler from a 70mm power supply.
I powered it from 5 volts - it’s a little weak, but from 12 it doesn’t blow like that.
The 12 volt adapter was dug out by Vitek from what, who knows.
The laptop cools down 25% faster.
In summer when the average temp. laptop 88 cools down to 75-80 and that’s 1 70mm, I imagine how 4 120mm will cool the CBB

I assembled it with a 12 volt charger and installed a voltage regulator in the circuit. It turned out to be an adjustable fan.
