Simple tri-voltage power supply

I decided to make a multi-voltage power supply from a computer power supply. There are many designs on the World Wide Web. China also has ready-made solutions, such as attachments for a computer power supply. I, having collected a number of repaired blocks, made my own version. I didn’t see this option online, so I started assembling it.

I used a 350 Watt computer power supply as a basis. The block provides, at maximum, the currents I need, even with a reserve.

I will switch the output voltages using a car fuse. I purchased fuse holders in China. Protective caps come with the holders. I will use one fuse for the current I need, most likely 10 amperes.

Output terminals were purchased in China. They are not expensive. Any can be used. I have so-called “bananas”.

My mains switch is the T3 toggle switch. You can use any convenient one. I have plenty of these, so I use them everywhere. Their only drawback is the long lever.

PVC front panel. Very good plastic, easy to work with. Any plastic can be used. Front panel dimensions 147*83 mm.

The operation indicator is Light-emitting diode. I connected it to the standby 5 Volts. Light-emitting diode connected through a 150 Ohm resistor.
On their PVC panel I mark all the holes and cutouts. I cut and drill everything. It turns out a little crooked, but not critical, it’s not for sale. I duplicate the holes and cutouts on the front wall of the power supply housing.

I will paint the panel black. After drying, I screw the panel and all components. I'm attaching the payment. I solder the wires to fuses.
Bottom-up, from 3.3 Volts to 12 Volts. Black wire to output terminal. In order not to lead the wires in a heap, I ran the yellow wire into the radiator, bending one edge of the radiator.

I solder the wires from the network connector to the network switch. From the toggle switch to the power supply board. I also connect the fuse outputs together. Wire from their connection to the positive terminal. Unsoldering Light-emitting diode.

I paint the power supply cover blue, but you don’t have to paint it.

I screw the lid on. This is the power supply I got for work. Output voltage switching is carried out
changing the fuse. I will most likely use a 5 amp fuse, the current will be enough for me.
