You can make a craft that would bring joy from household items and objects. The result will be stunning. An unusual homemade toy can amuse a group on a holiday, keep a child busy, or arrange a competition. We will make a folk toy, a buzzer. Why this name? It answers for itself. If you put it into action and spin it, it will make a buzzing sound, hypnotizing everyone.

You can make two versions of buzzers - from a stick (Finnish-Ugric) or from a button (Russian).

Option #1

Take a birch branch with a diameter of approximately 1.2 - 1.3 cm. Carefully cut off the ends on both sides with a sharp knife (or saw off with a jigsaw) so that about 7 cm in length remains - a small log.

Using a drill with a thin drill, we drill through holes marked in the center of the stick - 2 holes (or punch it with a sharp object). There should be a small distance between the holes - 2 - 3 mm.

Next, you need a strong twisted rope (a round silk cord will do) - 120 - 125 cm. We pass it through the holes so that loops are formed at the left and right ends.

We tie the rope. It turned out to be a buzzer.

It needs to be put into action. And if you can’t buzz right away, then get used to it.The rope should not sag while unwinding, but should be in constant tension, and then the buzzing will be one hundred percent.

Option No. 2
In Russian culture, a button not only performed the main function of fastening, a talisman, but it could be used to make many buzzers - large, smaller.

Take a button, thread a harsh, strong knitting thread through it, twisted or reinforced. However, the thread should not be too long, because it will get tangled and interfere, but it should not be too short (you won’t be able to untwist it). Tie the ends into a knot.

Done, let's start new fun. We begin to hum, develop arm strength, compete with our husband, wife, friends, children.

And each buzzer will have its own unique voice.
