What to prepare
The most difficult part requires a hot glue gun. Every craftsman always has everything else at hand: a piece of wire, pliers, scissors, a screwdriver, a hammer, and tape.
Vegetable peeler using a regular knife
It is very difficult to remove the thin outer skin from vegetables with a regular knife.
Therefore, it can be quickly modified with a simple attachment.
Take a metal hanger or a piece of galvanized wire with a diameter of 0.5–1 mm.
At one end, bend three turns of a spiral with a diameter of approximately 1.5–2 cm. Leave a straight arm approximately 3 cm long and bend the wire into a spiral again. Take the extra bite.
The device is ready, insert a knife between the turns of the spiral and start peeling cucumbers, carrots and other vegetables.
The thickness of the peel can be adjusted by bending the support wire.
Grater from a can
Made from a metal tin can using a flat screwdriver approximately 2–3 mm wide.
Place an empty tin can on a wooden stand and use a screwdriver to make holes at a distance of 3-4 mm on the inside.
Wash the jar and remove metal dust from it.

There are situations at home when the length of the charging adapter does not allow you to place the phone in a convenient and safe place. The device falls and is damaged.
Cut a piece of cardboard, the length is equal to the length of the honeycomb, and the width should be 4-5 times its width.
Bend the cardboard along its length, the width of the fold is the same as the width of the phone. The total thickness of the folded cardboard should approximately correspond to the thickness of a mobile phone. Secure the structure with tape.
Cover it with baking paper - hot glue will not stick to it, which is very important for the process of making the cover. Estimate the dimensions, cut off the excess paper, wrap it around the cardboard and secure with tape.
Wrap the bottom with an envelope and seal the fold with tape again.
Carefully apply hot glue around the perimeter of the paper. First you need to make lines along the circle, and then along the axis. The distance between them is approximately one centimeter. The result should be a polymer mesh with these cell sizes.
Make a handle for the case on one side.
After the glue has hardened, remove the cardboard and separate the baking paper from the glue. There are no problems, the glue does not stick to it.
If the length of the handle of the cover is not enough, then place it on paper and use a heat gun to “finish” it.
The case can be used while charging the phone. Place the device in it, put the handle on the adapter and plug it into the outlet. The iPhone hangs securely on the wall, the risk of falling is reduced to zero.

The products are made from the simplest and not very durable materials. If you use stainless wire for vegetable peeling, and make the grater from alloyed thin-sheet steel, the performance will improve significantly.
