Energy-saving fluorescent lamps are becoming a thing of the past and are being successfully replaced by LED lamps. Let's disassemble such a lamp and take out the board from it; there are many useful radio elements that will serve successfully. The flask itself must be taken to a special collection point for such lamps.

Making a flasher from an energy saving board
Let's look at the diagram:
It's simple. The capacitor is charged through the diode and limiting resistor. As soon as it charges to a certain level, the dinistor will open and discharge all the voltage to Light-emitting diode. Then the dinistor will close and the cycle will repeat.
We take the lamp board and find the dinistor.
We solder it.
Solder it to one of the pins LED.
Next, solder the capacitor according to the diagram.
And then a resistor with a diode.
Carefully check the polarity of all dependent elements.
To avoid unnecessary charging, let's borrow a plug.
Let's solder our flasher in it.
Put on the heat shrink and blow with a hairdryer.
Let's carefully connect it to a 220 V network and check.
Everything is flashing.
Advice: such a flasher can operate on any voltage: 5-300 V, the main thing is to choose the right resistor. If you power it from a constant voltage, then the diode can be removed from the circuit.
