Therefore, it is good to have a machine on hand for independent work with the tool. In this article we will tell you how to make a stationary machine for a chainsaw with a gas pressure mechanism.

Manufacturing process of a wood sawing machine
It is necessary to take or make a wooden stand. People call it "goat". The height of the stand should be comfortable for working with it while standing, and the platform should have a body for installing fasteners.
We try the chainsaw on the stand platform, and mark the place where the handle is attached. We secure the handle on the sides with two corners with holes.We install the chainsaw.
We vertically attach a square pipe with a hole for attaching a chainsaw bar to the front of the stand.
Through the hole on the pipe and the hole on the nose of the tire, we fix the chainsaw to the pipe using a bolt, a sealing nut, 3 washers and a Cheburashka nut.
We cut out 3 pieces from a thick-walled plastic pipe measuring 55 cm, 50 cm and 28 cm. These will be the levers for the mechanical activation of the chainsaw accelerator.
We measure 4 cm from both edges of pipes measuring 28 cm and 55 cm and drill connecting holes. On a 50 cm pipe, drill a hole on one side at a distance of 3 cm from the edge, on the other - 9 cm.
We connect the pipes with bolts and washers on both sides in the following sequence: 28 cm pipe, 55 cm pipe, 50 cm pipe. A 50 cm pipe is attached so that a 3 cm hole is at the end of the mechanism.
We attach the pipe mechanism to the stand with the chainsaw.
We screw a long bolt into one hole of the 28 cm pipe, which will press the gas. We fix the pipe itself to the goat, in its middle.
We screw a wooden block onto the lower part of the handle between the corners, to which we attach another corner. This will be the gas stopper.
We attach the end of the pipe mechanism with a 3 cm hole to the upper hole of the already fixed square pipe.
So, when the pipe is fed 50 cm forward, the chainsaw accelerator button will be pressed. In order for the mechanism to return to its original position, it is necessary to attach a spring to the 28 cm pipe and secure it to the stand.
We start the chainsaw. It works, but does not turn the chain.
We take the wood that needs to be cut and feed it forward along with the plastic lever. The tube mechanism presses the gas and the chainsaw cuts.
Thus, the machine allows you to independently work with a stationary chainsaw. Detaching the instrument from the stand is very easy, and the stand itself is easy to carry.
