When organizing watering on the site, sometimes you have to connect plastic pipes with a flexible garden hose. Usually, for this you have to buy fittings and clamps, but there is a simpler, reliable way that allows you to do without additional fittings at all. Let's look at how you can connect a pipe to a hose using this method.

- PVC pipe;
- garden hose;
- PVC glue;
- gas-burner.
The process of connecting pipes to a hose
This method allows you to connect a hose to a pipe of the same diameter. To do this, you will need to make a simple device in the form of a bell. One piece of plastic pipe is taken, heated with a burner, and stretched over another piece. As a result, we get an expansion on it, after which we disconnect the pipes.
Now you can directly deal with the connection to the garden hose. To do this, use a burner to heat the edge of the pipe to which the hose will be connected.
When it softens, insert it into the previously made socket. This will allow the edge of the pipe to crumple.
Next, you can stretch the hose onto the narrowed pipe. For this to work, it needs to have a softened edge. To do this, the hose must warm up well in the sun. Before connecting, the tube from the outside and the hose from the inside are lubricated with PVC glue.
Thus, we get a very reliable connection. If you crumple the edges of the tube on both sides, you can use it to splice sections of garden hose. Also, if you need to attach another one to a plastic pipe, then it is enough to make a socket on that one.
