The process of manufacturing and using an electric vibration rule from available materials
The rule holder is a rigid steel strip with a second strip welded transversely in the center, bent by an arc, to which a piece of pipe is welded at the end, perpendicular to the rigid steel strip.
We weld two nuts along the bottom edges to the rigid steel strip, and screw the bolts into the inner ones. We weld plates transversely to the bolt heads for ease of rotation. We insert a wooden handle into the pipe and tighten the bolt using a nut welded to the pipe to securely fix the handle in its working position.
An aluminum rectangular beam two meters long with the central part and on the “edge” is placed between the nuts and tightened with two bolts. We place the vibrator platform on one side of a rigid steel plate with threaded holes and securely fasten it to it using bolts.
We place guide-limiters on the base, along which the aluminum beam will slide during the process of leveling the concrete mass, which we bring in portions with a wheelbarrow with a container and first level it with a construction trowel between the guide-limiters.
We install the aluminum beam transversely on the guides, turn on the electric vibrator and level the surface of the concrete mixture, moving the tool back and forth the required number of times. Moreover, the thickness of the concrete screed will be determined by the height of the guides. We lay the mixture and level it in some portions, since the length of the cutting is limited.
