Earrings "Flowers"

In the summer you want to look bright and beautiful, original jewelry will help with this. But to be sure that no one else will have such decorations, you can make them yourself from polymer clay. The variety of polymer clay is such that you can choose any color and make yourself certain jewelry for each outfit, be it earrings, rings, pendants, or just a set. You can make earrings “Flowers” ​​from universal flowers of polymer clay. These earrings will go with many outfits.

To make these earrings we will need:
Polymer clay “Plastishka” is white, red, yellow and green.
Sharp blades or knife.
Toothpick.
Narrow nose pliers.
Accessories for jewelry: rings, clasps for earrings.
Glossy varnish for polymer clay.
Fine sandpaper, which is necessary for grouting all irregularities and fingerprints.
Plastic board for plasticine or special for plasticine.
Glass bottle for rolling out polymer clay.
Medium sized plunger in the shape of a flower.


First, take a piece of white polymer clay. Knead it with your hands and place it on a plastic board.Using a glass bottle with smooth edges and no embossed inscriptions, we begin to thinly roll out the polymer clay.



Next, take a plunger, dip it in water and squeeze out two flowers onto the polymer clay. Using a sharp knife, remove the remaining polymer clay and leave only the flowers on the board.



Cut a small piece of yellow polymer clay and make two balls out of it. We press these balls with our fingers and place them in the middle of each flower. And press well with your fingers so that the circle sticks tightly.



Now, next is the turn to red polymer clay. Knead it in your hands and roll it out into a thin sausage. Now we cut many identical strips with a blade - these will be the stamens of the future flower.



Using a toothpick or your fingers, carefully place the stamens on each petal. Each petal should have two stamens. If you make the stamens a little smaller, you can put three stamens each. Then the flower will look more voluminous.



Next, we make a thick sausage from green plastic. And cut four identical circles from it. From these circles we form leaves. And we apply them to the flowers with our fingers, as shown in the photo.




Use a toothpick to make holes in the flowers and put them in the oven to bake. For about 15 minutes.

After the time has passed, take the flowers out of the oven and wait until they cool. Next, we remove all the unevenness with sandpaper and paint it with a glossy varnish for polymer clay.

The flower is almost ready. All that remains is to put on all the necessary accessories. Using pliers we put two rings on each flower and a hook for earrings.



Now the earrings are completely ready and you can wear them.
