You can make many different homemade products based on sound electronic modules. This could be doorbells, toys that speak text or some kind of musical fragments, voice acting of important signals or parameters of a car or devices, an intercom answering machine, etc. In general, the wide scope of application of these sound modules depends only on your imagination and skills.
On a board on a chip JQ6500 You can record five sound files via the USB connector by connecting it to a computer. In this case, the audio file loading program embedded in the module is loaded. Select the required files in MP3 format, then load them into the module.
Contacts K1-K5 are used to play files loaded into memory JQ6500, we close the desired contact to ground and the corresponding sound file is played. Contacts SPK+, SPK- for connecting a loudspeaker. Contacts DC-5V, GND for supplying 5 Volt power.
The 8002A chip, installed on the back of the board, is a 2 W bass amplifier that provides good sound volume.
First, for testing, we assemble this standard circuit on a breadboard.
We check the circuit; all recorded speech signals should be reproduced normally.
This module can be used in a car to play reminder speech signals, for example, the trunk lid is not closed, the parking brake is on, the door is open, the high beams are on (dimensions, low beam), etc.
To do this, you need to assemble another connection diagram.
We take the +12 Volt signal from the high beam lamp. Through a divider of two resistors, the voltage is reduced to +5 Volts and supplied to the inverter on the K155LA3 microcircuit. At the output of the inverter we receive a logical one signal and, accordingly, the module JQ6500 will play the speech file.

Making an informant
Cut off the required piece from the breadboard and place the module on it JQ6500, K155LA3 microcircuit, resistors and terminal block (for connecting input control signals). Using thin wires we solder the circuit. All of the boards have a common negative power bus.
You can connect an additional audio amplifier to increase the volume. PAM8403.
Step-down fee serves to convert the on-board network voltage of 12 Volts into the supply voltage of the modules 5 Volts.

In the car, we connect the device to the on-board 12 Volt network and supply input control signals through the terminal block.
