Before work, you need to audit your creative materials, select scraps, braid and decorations.
The basis of my box was a box from a cup and saucer.
The bottom of the box was wrapped with a long piece of satin, the fabric was glued with PVA inside and on the bottom outside (make sure there were no folds).
We will make the lid from wrapping paper so that its texture contrasts with the satin. The sheet needs to be crumpled tightly, slightly straightened and glued, creating voluminous folds.
Now the future box needs decorations that will give it a certain mood. If you know the color of the bride's dress or the style of the wedding (for example, nautical style, retro style), you can decorate the box in the same spirit. I didn't want to present was pure white, because the product turns out a little faded, and light decorations are lost.It was decided to add passionate red and solemn silver and gold shades.
We take undamaged bay leaves from the package, cut off the crumbled ones with scissors, and cover them with silver enamel - a spray from a can.
Elastic red and gold fabric serves as the base for the roses, which are secured to the lid with pearl-headed pins.
To prevent the decorations from lying flat on the lid, it is necessary to add volume and airiness - I did this by placing pieces of torn organza and tulle folded like an accordion under the leaves and roses.
And, like every creation, the box requires a frame - a silver edging is glued along the edge of the lid and diagonally along its corner (you can insert a card or flower under the corner)
